 We can engrave a wide variety of materials, including wood, slate, coated metals, stainless steel, leather, acrylic, glass, stone, ceramic, and many specialty items. Some materials require different laser types or preparation methods, so results can vary. If you have something unusual in mind, send us a photo or description and we’ll let you know whether it’s a good candidate for engraving. 

 Yes. In many cases, we can engrave items you already own, including drinkware, tools, keepsakes, plaques, metal items, wood products, and more. Because materials and coatings vary, we may need to inspect the item first to make sure it is safe and suitable for engraving. Send us a photo and a brief description, and we’ll let you know what is possible. 

 Yes. Photos can often be engraved on materials such as wood, slate, coated metal, glass, and other suitable surfaces. For the best results, we look for clear, high-resolution images with good lighting and contrast. We can also adjust or prepare your photo to improve how it translates into an engraved design. Results may vary depending on the material and image quality. 

 Most custom orders are completed within 3–5 business days, depending on the item, design complexity, quantity, and current workload. Larger or more detailed projects may take longer. If you have a specific deadline, let us know when requesting your quote and we’ll confirm whether we can meet it. Rush service may be available for some projects. 

 Absolutely. You can send us a photo, logo, finished design, sketch, or even just a rough idea. We’ll review the artwork and determine the best way to prepare it for engraving. If adjustments or cleanup are needed, we can help refine the design so it produces the best possible result on your chosen material. 

 Yes. If you don’t already have finished artwork, we can help create or refine a design based on your idea, photo, logo, sketch, or reference image. We’ll work with you to develop artwork that fits the item and engraves cleanly. More complex custom design work may require an additional design fee, which will be discussed before we begin. 

 Yes. We offer custom pricing for larger quantities, business orders, events, teams, organizations, and promotional products. Pricing depends on the item, material, design, quantity, and engraving requirements. Send us the details of your project and the approximate quantity you need, and we’ll provide a custom quote with any available volume pricing. 

 We can engrave logos, characters, and other artwork when you own the rights, have permission to use them, or the design is otherwise legally permitted. Some trademarks, copyrighted characters, sports logos, and branded artwork may require authorization. If you are unsure, send us the design and we can let you know whether we’re able to use it for your project. 

 Send us a photo or description of the item and we’ll take a look. Because materials, coatings, shapes, and finishes vary, some items may require testing or may not be suitable for laser engraving. We’ll let you know what options are available before moving forward. 

 Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment in the Vail and greater Tucson area. Once your order is complete, we’ll coordinate a convenient pickup time and provide the location details. If you prefer shipping, that may also be available depending on the size and type of item. 

 Yes. We can ship many custom orders within the United States. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, destination, and type of item being shipped. Fragile or oversized pieces may require additional packaging or handling. If you need your order shipped, let us know when requesting your quote and we’ll include the available shipping options and estimated cost.
